Moving your mail here
If you own the domain, mail can be moved across without changing your address. Most moves complete within a day.
Tell us your domain
We set up your mailboxes and give you a short list of DNS records — MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. If we manage your DNS, we add them for you.
We copy your existing mail
Existing mail is copied into the new mailbox over IMAP — folders, read state and all. Your old mailbox is left untouched.
Switch the MX records
New mail starts arriving here and your addresses don't change. DNS changes take time to propagate, so for a while some senders will still be using your old MX record and their mail will land in your old mailbox — we leave it in place until that stops, and copy anything that arrived there across. Keep the old mailbox open until we tell you the switch has finished everywhere.
Connect your apps
Sign in on webmail immediately, or add the account to Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or your phone with standard IMAP and SMTP settings.
