Service status
There is no automated status dashboard here, because a page that always says "operational" tells you nothing on the day it matters.
Checking for yourself
Send a message from your mailbox to an address at a different provider — a personal Gmail account, or whatever is on your phone — and reply to it from there. That is a real round trip: it leaves our server, is judged by someone else's, and comes back.
Do not test by mailing yourself. A message from your address to your own address never leaves this server, so it succeeds even while nothing is getting out. It is the same reason there is no "operational" badge at the top of this page.
Outbound problems are usually specific to one receiving provider rather than global: mail to most places lands while mail to one large provider bounces or is filtered, because that provider has taken a view on the IP our mail leaves from. If that is what you are seeing, it is ours to fix, not your mailbox — tell us, and include a bounce message if you got one.
If something is wrong
Email via the contact form, or reply to any message you have had from us. Include the time and the recipient address if a message did not arrive — that is what makes it findable in the logs.
What to expect
This is a small, personally-run service. See our terms for what that means in practice.
