Terms of service
The service
datatrk.cc hosts business email — webmail, IMAP and SMTP, spam filtering, and DKIM/SPF/DMARC setup — on domains you control.
Billing
Billing is monthly or annual. There is no contract and no lock-in — you can leave at any time, and your mail exports over IMAP so you can take it with you.
Acceptable use
No spam, and no bulk or unsolicited sending. Mail for every hosted domain leaves from a single shared outbound IP, so abuse from one account can affect delivery for everyone else here. Accounts that send spam or bulk mail will be suspended.
Unpaid accounts
If an account goes unpaid, we will reach out before taking any action. Continued non-payment can lead to the account being suspended.
No service level agreement
This is a small service run by one person on a single server. It is provided on a best-effort basis with no service level agreement and no uptime guarantee. If that is not acceptable for your business, a larger provider is the right choice and we will help you move.
